Your Role
You’ll be joining a quite unique IT support team. We don’t work with ticketing systems, and we don’t specialize on specific tasks. Here you get a broad role, in a super flexible team where very much focus is on end users / customers. Our response time is low and we act fast, supporting users with technical problems, hardware asset management. Conference/meeting room maintenance, providing onsite support, first line as well as ordering of new hardware. We’re a highly appreciated function and a team of social, joyful individuals who like to excel in giving support in a positive, cheerful way.
Example of your day-to-day tasks can be:
- End - user Support
- IT Hardware Management (end-user equipment)
- Configuration of Clients (such as phones, laptops, Virtual Machines)
- Handling clients running Mac OS, Windows or Ubuntu
- Mobile Phone Services Management (such as SIM cards ordering)
- Incident Management
- Continuous improvements of our support processes, including documentation, automation and ad-hoc support procedures
- Handle remote support
- Printer and print service support
Experience
Zenseact has a multiplatform environment, Windows/Mac OS/Ubuntu, so it is necessary to have experience in supporting at least 2 out of 3. To be successful in this role you should also have practical experience of Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of how O365 works, laptop/desktop and general hardware technical knowledge. Additionally, you should have experience of local area network setups and maintenance (switches, routers, and wireless access points). It is a must to be able to communicate (both written and verbal) and give support in English. We also believe that you are a customer oriented and outgoing person with great social skills with the ability to manage customer expectations, for example, following up and tracking issues/requests.We have technically skilled employees which at times can be challenging.
In addition, we believe you meet the following requirements:
- IT related education or experience from similar work
- Minimum 2 years of experience from similar role
- Enjoy working in an international organization with people from different cultures

Flexible-remote way of working: Zenseact has a flexible and modern approach, thus is happy to offer to its employees the possibility for a combination of work at the office and from home. This doesn't include fully remote work from outside Sweden/China.
