Your mission and day-to-day tasks
We are looking for an experienced leader who will join in with the rest of our superheroes at Zenseact saving millions of lives! A Release Train Engineer for the System & Features ART, who will act as a servant leader and coach for the ART.
ART PM (Product Manager), RTE (Release Train Engineer) and ART EM (Engineering Manager) together form the he ART Leadership Team. The purpose of this team is to, in a strong collaboration, lead the ART to maximize delivered value, from a technical, user experience and business perspective.
The role of the Release Train Engineer (RTE) includes acting as a Scrum Master for the ART focusing on the flows inside the ART as well as the flows between the ARTs in collaboration with the Solution Train Engineer and RTEs for other ARTs.
Responsibilities:
- Organize ART events (PI Planning, ART sync, demo … )
- Visualize and manage flow
- Remove obstacles and address bottlenecks
- Facilitate preparation of vision, roadmaps, objectives and other artifacts
- Support tracking of progress in the backlog
- Help manage dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement

- Relevant academic background and experience from a Software domain, combined with proven leadership experience.
- Capability to manage both strategic and operational tasks

Flexible-remote way of working: Zenseact has a flexible and modern approach, thus is happy to offer to its employees the possibility for a combination of work at the office and from home. This doesn't include fully remote work from outside Sweden/China.
